Our client is looking for a Head Chef for an Italian restaurant based in Doha which is an up and coming Middle East destination with a growing ex pat population.
This is a new start up situation aimed at the top end of the market, the successful applicant will need to have drive and determination to make this restaurant the best in Qatar. You would be in total control of the day to day operations and planning of the restaurant, management of the staff and menus. The menu will be based around the use of fresh ingredients producing a true Italian product while respecting the culture of the Middle East. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in a the Middle East.
